Help-desk Module

  • Draws information from the other modules to provide the operator with comprehensive information to answer client queries.
  • Query information retained such as client, caller’s name and contact details, type of query, status of query, waybill number(s) or other reference information, and a detailed description of the query or problem.
  • Query actions taken or to be taken, by whom, and by when are retained and tracked.
  • On-screen queries and reports on pending customer queries and actions by priority and operator.
  • Fax or e-mail requested client information to one or more recipients.
  • Includes task lists with reminders and priorities.
